As many of you know, Pastor Mishie Bojczuk and Pastor David Bojczuk are the new Chaplains at the Bartow County Jail.  Each week Pastor Mishie and his wife, Lynn, teach a Men’s Bible study and twice a month Pastor David and a group of volunteers minister to men and women in church services.  In addition, some of the men and women receive personal counseling. We minister to around 400 men and women each month.  Many have received Christ as their Lord and Savior and desire to change their lives.  The problem is when they are released.  Many of them do not have a safe place to go where they can rebuild their lives.  They need a temporary place where they can “transition” back into society.  We know that God is able to transform lives, so with a solid program, a safe place and God’s help we can help many lives be fully restored.  Through a faith based program we desire to help them become responsible, law abiding, drug and alcohol free citizens who will work for a living and no longer be a burden on society.  It is for this very reason that we have made a commitment, along with Cartersville Outreach, to start a transitional center in Bartow County, Georgia.

We have started to do some research and are visiting other centers to get ideas on how to operate a center such as this and we have been fortunate to meet with some of the directors and get some valuable direction and advice.  We are also looking at possible locations for a building to house from 12 to 20 men.

As of April 1st, we have started a fund-raising program and have a goal to raise $10,000 by June 1st.  We will not be taking out any operating expenses, so one-hundred percent of funds raised will go directly into this project.  We are asking for your help in this area.  Maybe you know someone or about someone who would benefit from a program such as this.  Many are affected when one becomes addicted to crime, drugs, alcohol and prostitution.  We want to make a difference.  You can help us make a difference, too, by giving a tax deductible offering to this ministry.  You can give an offering using Pay Pal by going to our website at:, or by sending a check or money order to:
